Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or return. To be eligible, your item should be in its original condition and, where possible, returned with its original packaging and accessories.

How to start a return or refund
Email us at inf.pro.2026@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with simple instructions and, if a return is required, the return address.

Return shipping

  • For change-of-mind or satisfaction returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover it (see below).
    We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no return-shipping cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve your refund), we'll let you know. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Non-refundable items

  • Free digital products (such as the 21-Day Hand Restore Routine guide) are not refundable, as they're delivered instantly at no cost.
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window, or not in original condition, may not be eligible.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at inf.pro.2026@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
