Where we ship
We ship Worldwide.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you place them. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping & delivery times
Your order ships from our partner warehouse, and estimated delivery is about 8–15 days from the date it ships. Most orders arrive within this window, though occasionally delivery can take a little longer due to carrier or customs delays outside our control.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on every order worldwide, no minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow a day or two after shipping for tracking to begin updating.
Customs, duties & taxes
In some cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply and, if charged, are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to predict or control these charges, as they're set by your local customs authority.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, some things are out of our hands — customs processing, high-demand periods, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery. We appreciate your patience, and we're always here to help if something seems off.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we'll always do our best to help.
Lost, stuck, or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at inf.pro.2026@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away and make it right.
